Weekly Menu Plan {September 9-16th}

School is back in session, and I’m loving the routine and scheduled days!  This week I hope to be able to sneak in a few batch cooking sessions to finish up the rest my Azure Standard order.  I’m working on getting some posts up about what I’ve done with all that extra produce so far.

Here’s what we have planned to eat this week::

Breakfast::

  • Breakfast Burritos {making extras for the freezer}

  • Granola with Fruit and Yogurt
  • Sausage Egg and Cheese Biscuits {from the freezer}
  • Breakfast Pizza {recipe coming!}

Lunches::

  • Fish Sticks and French Fries.
  • Hummus with  Carrots and Pita Chips.
  • Sandwich Wraps.
  • Leftovers.

Dinners::

  • Wednesday:: Homemade Gyros {using ground beef}.  Pasta Salad. Fresh Fruit. {$4.75, 6 servings}
  • Thursday:: Beef Stew.  Cheddar Bay Biscuits.  {$3.25, 8 servings}
  • Friday–Pizza/Popcorn/Movie Night:: BBQ Chicken and Bacon Cheeseburger.  Cheese Bread. {$12, 10 servings}
  • Saturday:: Opening Day of Gigging Season!  Let’s hope for fresh fish on the bank. :)

Total Cost of Dinner Meals:: $33.50 Average Cost Per Serving:: 84¢/ea
