It’s been awhile since I’ve had a written menu plan. Seems as if I’ve gotten myself into the habit of creating one mentally and calling it good. While it’s been somewhat effective, I think that a written menu plan had more benefit–especially on those crazy busy days where my brain just doesn’t want to function. Tell me I’m not alone here!
Here’s to hoping that I’m able to stick with posting and writing my menu plans again!

- Sunday:: Ham. Fried Potatoes. Steamed Broccoli {$3.75; 8 servings}
- Monday:: Brown Beans with Cornbread. Salad. {$5.25; 8 servings}
- Tuesday:: Broccoli Cheese Soup in Bread Bowls. {$5; 6 servings}
- Wednesday:: Beef Stew. Buttery Biscuits. {$4.25; 8 servings}
- Thursday:: Barley and Lentil Soup. {$2, 6 servings}
- Friday– Pizza Popcorn Movie Night:: Veggie Lovers and Pepperoni Pizza. Homemade Cheese Bread. {$10; 10 servings}
- Saturday:: Leftovers.
