Weekly Menu Plan for July 1st-7th

I’m embarrassed to even tell you when the last time I created a menu plan was. Our June was absolute intense with games and practices that spanned seven days every.single.week!  I’m thankful to move on to a more lax schedule, although I will sure miss seeing my kids play/swim their hearts out!

Now that the kids are older {and they’re more of them!}, I’ve noticed that our grocery budget has been growing and growing.  I’ve not kept as good of tabs on it as I should have been, so I’m hoping to that this month as well as getting back to including the prices for every dinner meal.

 

Breakfast::

  • Breakfast Burritos

Lunches::

  • Bean and Cheese Quesadillas with lettuce.  Fresh Fruit.
  • Hummus with  Carrots and Pita Chips.
  • Chicken Caesar Wraps.
  • Leftovers.

Dinners::

  • Sunday:: Sloppy Joes.  Baked Beans.  French Fries and Fried Pickles. {8 servings, $6.50}
  • Monday:: Homemade Macaroni and Cheese with Ham.  Peas. {$5, 6 servings}
  • Tuesday:: {singing} It’s my Birthday and I’ll eat what I want to, Eat What I want to. {end singing} #I’mtotallyNOTturningthirty ;)
  • Wednesday::  Grilled Brats with Sauteed Veggies. Pasta Salad. {$7, 6 servings}
  • Thursday:: Cavatini.  Salad.  Garlic Bubble Loaf {New Recipe!  Can’t wait to try it and share it!} {16 servings, $9.90}
  • Friday–Pizza/Popcorn/Movie Night:: BBQ Chicken and Pepperoni.  Cheese Bread. {$10, 10 servings}
  • Saturday:: Leftovers.

Total Cost of Dinner Meals:: $38.40 Average Cost Per Serving:: 83¢/ea

Snacks::

  • Granola Bars
  • Popcorn
  • Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins
  • Smoothies
  • Hummus
