Weekly Menu Plan–April 22nd-28th

This week is another busy week here.  Between softball practices, soccer games, PTO meetings, 4-H meetings, field trips, and tying up homeschooling the oldest.  My head is spinning already!

Hopefully my menu plan will keep me in line!

 

Breakfast::

  • Breakfast Burritos

Lunches::

  • Bean and Cheese Quesadillas with lettuce.  Fresh Fruit.
  • Homemade Pizza Pockets
  • Hummus with  Carrots and Pita Chips.
  • Chicken Caesar Wraps.
  • Leftovers.

Dinners::

  • Sunday:: Grilled Hamburgers and Hot Dogs.  Green Salad.  Fried Pickles. {oh so good!}
  • Monday:: Chilli. Buttery Cornbread.
  • Tuesday:: Shredded Pork Sandwiches with Coleslaw.  Corn.

Snacks::

  • Granola Bars
  • Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
  • Fruit and Yogurt
  • Smoothies
