Sausage and Ranch Wonton Cups

Need a simple appetizer for your next gathering?  Or to finish out your Super Bowl Spread? These wonton cups are the perfect addition–and are super simple to make!

Sausage and Ranch Wonton Cups

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Yield: 32 Appetizers


  • 32 Wonton Wrappers
  • ½ pound sausage
  • ½ pound ground beef
  • 3 cups shredded cheese {I like to use a mixture of colby jack and mozzarella}
  • 1 cup mayonaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 2-3 tsps dry ranch {I'll share my homemade recipe later this week!}


  1. Press the wonton wrappers into muffin cups and bake at 350° for 5 minutes. While your wonton cups are baking, cook sausage and beef until no longer pink. Drain.
  2. Combine the cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, dry ranch and the meat mixture in a large bowl. Spoon a couple tablespoons into each wonton cup. Bake for another 5 minutes.
  3. Garnish with sliced black olives, if desired.

These Sausage Ranch Wonton Cups aren’t only limited as an appetizer.  They make great after school snacks, too!
