** Don’t you just love MPM’s new banner?! I just had to have it.**

I’ve been doing a little better making breakfast in the mornings. As a matter of fact my family has really enjoyed eating breakfast together in the mornings at the table, even though we have all had to wake up a bit earlier! I’m going to go ahead and put some breakfast on the menu plan…hopefully I will continue to do them. We overslept a lot last week and I didn’t have time to make breakfast for everyone. I really despise oversleeping…it seems as if I am more tired when I do that.

Last weeks menu plan went really well. We had enough leftovers so that DH could take them for lunch if he wanted, or Noah and I could eat them. We didn’t eat the frozen soup…again. We had a few leftovers still in the fridge, and just decided to finish them off so they didn’t become “forgotten”.

Anyway…here we go:

Breakfast

  • Scrambled Eggs and Sausage
  • Baked Oatmeal
  • Homemade Biscuits and Sausage Gravy
  • Bacon/Egg/Hashbrown Casserole
  • Whole Wheat Waffles w/homemade syrup

Dinners

  • Hamburger/Mixed Vegtables topped w/WW biscuits.
  • Ribs. Baked Beans. Corn on the Cob.
  • Great Northern Bean Stew. HM bread.
  • Cream Chicken w/vegtables on WW Biscuits.
  • HM pizza.
  • Leftovers.
  • Dinner at church.

Willie is going to be working late a lot this week, and he didn’t know until I already planned the menu, and went shopping. With that said, our menu may undergo a lot of changes this week, so if the same meals turn up next week, this is why! :)
