Menu Plan Week of October 11th-17th

by GettingFreedom on October 12, 2009

Can you believe it is already the middle of October?! I know I can’t. This week is our final week of soccer until the Spring season. I am beyond ready for things to slow down a little around here.
I was pretty busy in the kitchen last week with baking day and apple butter making. I am so thankful to have a freezer full of baked goods and an ever growing pantry. This week brings more apple butter making as well as some applesauce. I still have almost 2 complete bushels to process! Due to the busyness last week, we didn’t make some of the meals that were planned, so you may see some repeats.
