I think Spring may have finally arrived here in Southern Missouri!  The weather the last few days {and the days to come!} has just been flat out gorgeous!  It makes it difficult to stay on our week night schedule.  Between soccer practices and beautiful evenings, last week didn’t go quite as planned, so we have some repeats again this week.

The mexican chicken casserole has my mouth watering and apparently I need to hit up Aldi’s this week for some grapes! Thank you for sharing!

Your menu looks really good. And yeah for Southwest Missouri. I lived there for 7 years and my husband is from there. We go back often and I do love it. I am also excited about your garden series!
