The winter air is hard on our lips. Replenish your lips moisture and create a great homemade Christmas gift with homemade lip balm.
Make Your Own Lip Balm
½ ounce refined beeswax
4 ounces sweet almond oil
2 tsp. essential oil {optional}
Melt together the beeswax and sweet almond oil in a saucepan or microwave.
Add in essential oil and mix thoroughly.
Cool slightly and pour into tubs.
I found my tubs in the travel-size section of Wal-Mart or you can purchase lip balm tubs online through Amazon. Amazon also carries the lip balm tubes.
