I love pumpkin anything. Well, except the nasty pumpkin pies from McDonald’s. Don’t even waste your .50!! Not worth it.
I can eat pumpkin all year around. One incredibly easy recipe a friend gave me a few years ago is just perfect to satisfy a pumpkin craving in a pinch.
Butter/White Cake Mix
1 can pumpkin (or 1½ cups pumpkin puree)
That’s it. Mix it all together trying to get all the lumps out. Throw it in a 9×13 pan, and bake according to the package. It is incredibly moist, and only lasts a little over one day in this house! You can also use a can of crushed pineapple instead of the pumpkin, if you are in the mood for something tropical!
