A Look Ahead

by GettingFreedom on January 4, 2012

It’s a new year {Praise God!} and I’m focusing on creating a resource to help you not only overcome the chains of debt, but find freedom in other areas of your life.  I know I often find myself feeling weighted down by everyday stressers {just like everyone}, but when my home is running smooth, and my finances are in order like they should be, I feel a little peace. And quite honestly, I’m missing some of my peace after living through our utter chaos.  I’m ready to get it back!

There are many different aspects to the debt freedom journey–which before embarking on it, I never knew.  Organization is a key element in not only getting control of your finances, but in running a smooth home.  To help you along with this aspect {and to make everything a bit easier to find!} I’ve created a Printable tab on my top Navigation Bar.  You will find all of our printables tucked away in one spot ready to be downloaded.

Printable Home Management Binder

Every since implenting the Home Management Binder back in 2009 , I’ve never been the same.  It’s seen a lot of changes since then and will soon be re-released with calendar pages, customizeable master grocery and menu lists, to-do lists and MORE!  We’re putting on the final touches now, so stay tuned!

In addition to the Printable Tab–I’ve also added in a Store.  With one click you can see the products that I recommend and use regularly.  I will continue to add to it, so be sure to check back and see what’s new!

Weekly Features

Regular weekly features can be found on my About Page.  Throughout  Month of January, I’m also participating in a Pantry Challenge.  My goal with this challenge is to Reorganize, Regroup and Regain, in hopes of getting back into the groove of life and tighten back up those budget strings.  We’ll be making the most out of what we have on hand, without sacrificing the flavor.

Next week I will also share my Yearly Goals–and why we choose to do them.  In years past we’ve found a great amount of success breaking our goals up into specific categories and evaluating them monthly.

Before we know it February will be here.  Pampering your spouse doesn’t have to be expensive so I’ll share some Frugal Valentine’s Day Ideas.

As always, if you have any suggestions for a new printable–or things you would like to see, I would love to hear them.  You can either leave me a comment or email me privately.
