I cannot even begin to tell you how happy I am that today was the last day of school for us! If the warm weather didn’t make life crazy enough, throw in sports, and the end of school. It’s enough to make my head spin!
All of that to say, I’ve barely had time to even be in my garden.
I do know::
- My peas have really shot up in the last few days! Yippee!
- Nothing compares to garden fresh lettuce.
- My beds that have leaves have no weeds. The others? Well, lets just say, they aren’t near as pretty.
- I still have so many things that need planted, but all this rain is really holding me back.
- I’m still having issues with that snake!
How is your garden doing? Are you able to enjoy any of the fruits of your labor yet? Do tell!

Yippee!! This week I have up-to-date pics so I can do a post worth posting! Haha! Sorry you’re still having issues with the snake… I assume you don’t mean you still have snakes, but that the memory of the snake still alters your enthusiasm?

I’m so jealous that you’re still getting lettuce. It was too hot for lettuce by the end of March here. Also, leaves are great! My boys are so tired of hauling them for us, but it sure beats pulling weeds.
Thanks for hosting this! I love peeking into others gardens.

Ack! I missed the snake post last week. Scary, that would make me nervous enough to not go to the garden very often. Hopefully he will move on.

It has been too wet to get anything in the garden yet, but we are REALLY hoping for Monday! The snake would keep me out, but not my children or my husband. Eeek!
