I'm considering a fall garden. I'm not sure how much I needed to save, but I think I've got enough salsa for a good while and I know I've got enough jelly, plus some pretty little jars to share at Christmas. I've already been planning how much more of what I"ll need next year! : ) And my DH built me 3 more raised beds when I was out of town a few weekends ago! : ) The heat finally took us out, too. Zucchini didn't do good this year....but friends have kept us supplied out of their gardens. We still need to can carrots, apples and make Veggie Soup this fall.
