We just finished paying off the last of our credit card debt. We still have a car loan we are working on but we started off like you…with nothing! It’s so great to see how God has provided for us. Now we are able to SAVE money as well as attack debt:)

This is something I definately need to do…..look at where we can cut back on! I would LOVE to cut our direct tv package, but my DH has something else to say about that. Like you mentioned, there are so many other places where fees just show up, and you may not even be using the service!! It’s maddening!! Thanks for sharing!

Our frugal journey started when we had our first child and I quit my job. It began anew when my husband was out of work for a year. We spend a total of $20 a month for cell phones (we have two), for long distance we use a calling card which costs $25 and lasts us about a year. We get internet for free because we use dial-up. You have done an amazing job paying down your debt and I can’t wait to read more about it tomorrow!

Our internet is free because it’s dial up. I love talking about frugality so can’t way to read more! You have done an amazing job paying down your debt.
